Advocate-at-Law Sten Veidebaum whose previous extensive experience include practising at Tallinn law firms Raidla Lejins Norcous and Tark & Ko, also as a visiting attorney in the multimedia group Nokia Oyj in Helsinki, has joined the transactional team of Tamme Otsmann Ruus Vabamets.

Sten’s main field of activity is advising clients in contract and commercial law matters. As an advocate he is seasoned expert in M&A transactions as well as an advisor in the fields of real estate and construction.

Sten obtained his law degree in the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu. Through 2001-2002 Sten obtained a master’s degree (LLM) in international business law in the Central European University in Budapest and pursued post-graduate studies in international business and European Union law in the TMC Asser Institute.
