As of January Ms Kadri Rebane has joined law firm Tamme Otsmann Ruus Vabamets, her main practice areas being corporate law and general corporate issues.

Kadri`s knowledge and previous work experience in law firm Sorainen in Tallinn allows her, in cooperation with the advocates of the firm, assist clients also in matters relating to mergers & acquisitions, banking and financial law.

During her law studies Kadri has undergone internship at a law firm as well as at the offices of a public notary and in the Tartu County Court.

Kadri graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu in 2007 (LL.B.) and obtained a master`s degree in the same faculty in 2010. In addition she has also attended the University of Salzburg in Austria and studied at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster, Germany with the Erasmus students Exchange program.
