In the end of August, Delavan Invest OÜ, the majority shareholder of AS Barrus, sold its majority shareholding to a company involving Danish investors.

Estonian timber processing company AS Barrus was founded in 1993 and specialises mainly in glue laminated wood products. The company sells most of its products on foreign markets. The turnover of AS Barrus in 2009 was ca 152 million kroons.
