Fields of practise
Ergo´s main practise relates to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing issues, merger control, etc. Ergo also advises clients in the field of commercial and contract law.

Professional experience
During his studies in the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu Ergo worked as an assistant in the Chair of Civil Law in the Faculty of Law and he has also practised as an intern in the Law Firm Hannes Snellmann in Helsinki.

Through 1997-2004 Ergo worked in Law Firm Lepik & Luhaäär in Tallinn, in the field of commercial law and since 2004 practised law in Tamme & Otsmann.

Education
Ergo graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu in the year 2000.

Languages
Ergo is fluent in Estonian and English and also able to communicate with clients in Russian and Finnish.

Hobbies
Football and travelling.
